Neo and Bluemoon Fluffby ~Pixelated-Loser

Two of my Pokemon Characters.
Bluemoon (mew) is one of my oldist OC's. Neo (Mewtwo) is a new one. : 3

Bluemoon is a mew that was created by Team Rocket after Mewtwo escaped. At first they thought of her as weak, because her coloring was off (not pink and not the came color blue as a shiny mew) so they locked her away for latter study. Wall locked away she meet all sorts of Pokemon, most that where stolen from trainers and where to be studyed at a later date. They told Blue of the world out side and she was determent to see it one day. She trained her powers and broke free from her cell. She was recapshed shortly after and was "studyed" in detail. Blue did one day brake free again, this time she left, with Neo right behind. The only thing that remanes of her captivity is the neck restraint Team Rocket used to hold her, she still is unable to get it off.

Neo is a Mewtwo made from Bluemoon's DNA. After Blue broke free from her cell the first time, a strand of her DNA was taken and Neo was made. As with Bluemoon, Neo's coloring is off. He is a Black and white Mewtwo with red eyes. When Blue broke free the 2nd time she went on a rampage and free'd every Pokemon she could. Then she came to the room Neo was being held in. She free's Neo and for the first time and the only time (so far), She spoke "Human talk" as she was doing so. The two left and never looked back. Neo voes that one day he will remove Bluemoon's neck restraint. <3
